Current App Functionality
The Ownly Pay application currently provides two core functions:
1. Self-Custodial Wallet
Users can hold, manage, and transfer supported stablecoins through a self-custodial wallet.
The wallet is implemented using Privy as the wallet infrastructure provider.
Users retain control over their wallet credentials and transaction authorization in accordance with the implemented self-custodial architecture.
Transfers are authorized and signed by the user through their own wallet.
NOVA SERVICES LIMITED does not custody user funds or act as a counterparty to users' wallet transfers.
2. QR-Based Payments
Ownly Pay provides QR-based payment functionality designed to let eligible users initiate supported payment transactions from the application.
Users can scan a supported QR code, review the relevant transaction details, and authorize the payment through their wallet.
The QR functionality is a payment feature and does not provide a user-facing cryptocurrency trading, swapping, or exchange service.
Payment availability depends on supported assets, payment methods, networks, jurisdictions, and applicable service arrangements.
Cryptocurrency Exchange Services
Ownly Pay does not offer cryptocurrency exchange services, whether centralized or decentralized.
The current application does not provide functionality for users to:
Buy or sell cryptocurrencies.
Trade one cryptocurrency for another.
Swap or convert one digital asset into another.
Access a centralized or decentralized exchange.
Execute transactions through a third-party cryptocurrency exchange or exchange API.
Ownly Pay does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange, does not act as a third-party exchange partner, and does not use third-party exchange APIs.
The application does not provide exchange functionality in any country or region.
These statements describe the current application functionality and do not imply that the legal classification of QR-based payments is determined solely by the absence of a user-facing exchange interface.
Supported Digital Assets
Ownly Pay currently supports the established stablecoins:
USDC — USD Coin
USDT — Tether USD₮
Ownly Pay does not issue its own cryptocurrency or digital token and does not offer newly created or exclusive tokens.
Supported blockchain networks and transaction functionality may vary according to the application's current technical and operational availability.
Wallet Infrastructure and Transaction Authorization
Ownly Pay uses Privy as its wallet infrastructure provider.
The wallet is designed around self-custody, with users responsible for authorizing their own transactions.
NOVA SERVICES LIMITED does not hold users' private keys as a custodial service, take ownership of their digital assets, or act as the counterparty to wallet transfers.
The use of wallet infrastructure does not itself constitute a cryptocurrency exchange service.
Users remain responsible for protecting their credentials and reviewing transaction details before authorization.
Identity Verification and Compliance
Ownly Pay requires users to complete identity verification before accessing application features.
Identity verification is conducted through Sumsub, an independent identity-verification and compliance technology provider.
Verification may involve the collection and processing of personal information and identification documents in accordance with applicable privacy and compliance requirements.
Additional eligibility, screening, or transaction controls may apply where required by law.
Regulatory and Service Transparency
Ownly Pay's current application does not provide centralized or decentralized cryptocurrency exchange functionality.
Accordingly, there are no jurisdictions in which the application operates a cryptocurrency exchange service.
NOVA SERVICES LIMITED does not claim to hold a cryptocurrency exchange licence solely by virtue of providing the current self-custodial wallet and QR-payment features.
The company recognizes that wallet services, payment functionality, digital-asset transfers, payment processing, and other related activities may be subject to different regulatory requirements depending on the jurisdiction and underlying transaction arrangements.
Any applicable registration, licensing, authorization, or other legal requirements are assessed according to the actual services provided and the relevant laws.
The absence of exchange functionality does not automatically establish an exemption from all money-service, financial-services, payment, virtual-asset, or financial-promotion requirements.
Supported Markets
Ownly Pay's payment functionality is available only through supported payment networks and in eligible markets.
Access to the application does not guarantee that every merchant, QR code, blockchain network, or payment method is supported.
Service availability may depend on technical compatibility, user eligibility, and applicable legal requirements.
Country-specific availability and service restrictions are communicated through the website, application, or relevant service disclosures.
