Core attributes

Seamless · Global · Trustworthy · Empowering · Modern · Clear

03 — Color Palette

Ownly Midnight
#000E1C

Primary website and brand background

Ownly White
#FFFFFF

Primary text, UI elements & contrast

Ownly Blue
#027BFF

Primary accent, buttons, links & key actions

Ownly Bright Blue
#1FA3FF

Gradient highlights, secondary accents & visual depth

Primary Brand Gradient: #027BFF → #1FA3FF

Color principle: Dark navy or white base with Ownly blue accents. The blue gradient is the brand’s signature visual element and should be used for primary actions, links, highlighted interface areas, illustrations, and selected brand elements.

The deep navy #000E1C should remain the dominant digital background, allowing the blue gradient and white content to stand out clearly.

04 — Typography

Satoshi is the primary Ownly Pay brand typeface.

Satoshi Bold / Black – Primary headlines and major titles
Satoshi Medium / Semibold – Subheadings, buttons, navigation, labels and highlighted information
Satoshi Regular – Paragraph text, descriptions and general UI copy

Satoshi is the primary Ownly Pay brand typeface across marketing, website, interface, presentations, and social communication.

Its modern geometric construction complements Ownly Pay’s digital-payment identity while keeping the experience clean, contemporary, and highly readable.

Use heavier Satoshi weights for strong headlines and lighter or regular weights for supporting information to create a clear visual hierarchy.

06 — Logo

The Ownly Pay mark

A geometric mark representing a digital wallet meeting local payments — symbolizing connection and flow.

Primary (on dark)

Inverse (on light)

Primary (on dark): White wordmark with the official Ownly blue gradient mark on Ownly Midnight (#000E1C).
Inverse (on light): Dark wordmark or official Ownly blue-gradient mark on white (#FFFFFF).
App badge: The Ownly Pay mark in a simplified square or circle for app icons.
Horizontal lockup: Mark paired with the OWNLY PAY wordmark for headers and official use.
Clear Space: Maintain margin equal to the mark’s height around the logo. No other elements or text should enter this area.
Minimum Size: Full logo should not be smaller than 24px in height for digital. The mark alone may be used down to 16px (for favicons). Below that, use a simplified icon or monogram.

07 — Icons & Illustration

Key icons should be simple and line-based, matching the logo’s geometry.

Digital Wallet (mobile wallet or card icon)

QR Code/Scanner (for scanning payments)

Lock/Shield (security)

Global Map Pin (for local payments)
Currency Symbol (stablecoin or fiat symbol)
Payment Network (connected nodes or network lines)
Receipt/Invoice (transaction)

Illustrations may use flat or slightly shaded styles, primarily in dark navy/white with Ownly blue accents. Keep visuals minimal and focused on connectivity and ease of use.

05 — Voice & Tone

Confident, not pushy: Ownly Pay speaks with authority about payments without hype. Clearly state what the product does in plain language.

Clear, not confusing: Avoid jargon. Explain features and benefits in simple terms.

Helpful, not complicated: Guide users step-by-step. Speak in an approachable, customer-focused way.

Precise, not vague: Be exact about how things work (fees, process, custody). Don’t promise impossible guarantees.

Modern, not gimmicky: Use current fintech language without buzzwords. The tone is professional and friendly.

Don’t: Use hype or exaggerated claims.
Do: Use short, straightforward sentences. Focus on real benefits.

08 — Art Direction

01 — Digital Commerce:
Images of people using a phone to pay, modern cafés, shops with visible QR codes. Scenes should feel real and not staged: a traveler scanning a code, a barista pointing to a QR, etc.

02 — Everyday Life:
Warm, candid shots of daily spending: coffee breaks, market stalls, rideshares, hotels — anywhere payments happen. The focus is on the act of paying, not on the device.

03 — Infrastructure & Data:
Abstract visuals showing networks or digital flows: faint nodes connecting, data streams, subtle circuit patterns. Use deep navy backgrounds with electric-blue highlights to convey technology and security.

Visual principle: Bright Ownly blue draws the eye to the action — phone screens, QR codes, payment interfaces and key information. Use controlled lighting and shallow depth of field to keep images focused and uncluttered.

Marketing Materials: Flyers, banners, social graphics following brand colors and typography.

Physical Merch: Travel mugs, power banks, or luggage tags in deep navy or black with subtle Ownly blue logo treatment.

Visual Principle: Use large, crisp text and simple graphics. Ownly blue highlights — buttons, headers and interface accents — should stand clearly against dark or white backgrounds. Keep layouts clean and uncluttered.

11 — Social & Marketing

Core Themes:

Global Payments Simplified – Highlight how Ownly Pay makes spending easier.
One Wallet, Everywhere – Stories of travel and paying across borders.
Stablecoins in Action – Explain how stablecoins power real payments.
Security & Trust – Emphasize control of assets and reliable transactions.

Visual Style: Dark navy or light backgrounds with clear, bold text. Use product screenshots on device mockups and real-life scenarios. Ownly blue buttons, highlights and icons should stand out.

Social Formats:
Posts: 1080×1080 or 1600×900 with brand visuals. Keep logo and key text central.
Stories/Reels: 1080×1920 vertical videos or images highlighting “how it works” steps.
Twitter/X: 1600×900 for headers (logo left) and 400×400 avatar (Ownly mark).
LinkedIn: 1200×627 posts; horizontal lockup in cover images (1128×191).

12 — Motion

Movement in the Ownly Pay UI should feel smooth and purposeful.

Reveal: Elements fade or slide in gently (no bounces). E.g., when scanning, show a subtle zoom-in on the QR code.

Live Data: Status updates (e.g., “Payment Sent”) should appear with a quick fade or color change — not flashy.

Primary Actions: Use Ownly blue for button animations (hover or tap). Small movements (like ripple on press) should be quick (200–300ms).

Primary Easing: A gentle cubic-bezier for ease-in-out transitions.

Motion Principle: Functions should feel fast and reliable, not distracting. Every animation should serve a purpose (confirmation, progress) without unnecessary flair.

13 — UI/UX Guidelines

Clarity Over Decoration: Important info (amounts, balances, QR codes) must be prominent. Avoid overly complex backgrounds behind key data.

Consistent Hierarchy: Use Satoshi throughout the interface, using Bold/Black for headings, Medium/Semibold for important labels and actions, and Regular for body copy. Ownly blue is reserved for primary buttons, active links and highlighted actions, while white and soft neutral text are used on dark backgrounds for readability.

Accessible & Responsive: Interface adapts for mobile and desktop. Buttons should be large enough for thumbs. Ensure high contrast (WCAG guidelines) in all text and controls.

Feedback & States: Active or selected items use Ownly blue. Disabled states are gray. Show clear success or error messages with icons.

Spacing: Follow a simple 4px grid (4, 8, 16, 24, 32, etc.). Keep consistent margins around buttons and cards.

Surfaces are mostly Ownly Midnight (#000E1C) with subtle lighter navy overlays. Use simple, clean icons and straightforward form fields for input.

14 — Co-Branding

When featuring partners (e.g., banks, merchants):

Place the Ownly Pay logo and partner logo side by side, separated by a vertical line.
Keep both logos equal in height.
On Ownly Pay channels, Ownly Pay’s logo appears first. On partner channels, partner’s logo can lead.
Use monochrome versions if brand colors clash.
Maintain the clear space rules around each logo. Do not alter either mark.

15 — Usage Rules

Use official logos and colors: Don’t alter proportions, colors, or add effects.
On dark backgrounds: Use the official white wordmark with the Ownly blue-gradient mark. On white or light backgrounds, use the approved dark or blue-gradient version.
Maintain clear space: Always keep area around the logo free of other elements (equal to the logo’s height).
Minimum size: For digital, logo height ≥ 24px. Mark-only ≥ 16px. Use simplified icons below that.
Do not: skew, rotate, recolor, add drop shadows, or place the logo on busy images. The logo must always be legible and match the brand colors.

16 — Misuse

(Examples of incorrect usage)

❌ Don’t stretch or compress the logo.
❌ Don’t add effects (glow, shadows, outlines).
❌ Don’t change colors beyond the approved palette.
❌ Don’t use over low contrast backgrounds.
❌ Don’t rearrange the logo’s elements.

If it looks wrong, it isn’t Ownly Pay. Always refer to the brand guidelines.
